Restore previous purchases

If you previously purchased puzzle packs with the same Apple Account, open Settings in the app and choose Restore Purchases.

Reporting a problem

When contacting support, it helps to include a brief description of what happened, your iPhone or iPad model, and your iOS or iPadOS version. Please do not send payment-card information or passwords.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment-card information.
